3. Connect Your Databases — The databases (Tasks, Projects, KPIs) are included as examples. Customize the properties to fit your workflow
4. Set Your Daily Quotes — Add your own motivational quotes or remove this section if you don't need it
5. Personalize the Operating System — Adjust the daily/weekly reflection prompts to match your business rhythm
